Hi! I’m Morgan Busam, a fourth-generation Realtor with deep roots in Cincinnati and a genuine love for helping people find the place they’re excited to call home.

I grew up in Indian Hill and still call the area home with my husband, Brian, our two kids, Payton and Parker, and our pups, Oreo and Gibson.

Real estate runs in my family, but I’ve worked hard to build a business of my own. I was honored to be named Sibcy Cline’s 2025 Rookie of the Year and closed more than $10 million in sales in 2025. I’m licensed in both Ohio and Indiana and love helping clients through every stage of life — from buying their first home to finding more space for a growing family, relocating, investing, or making that long-awaited move.

Outside of real estate, I have a penchant for headbands, the Cincinnati Bengals, and making everyday moments worth celebrating. You can usually find me trying a new brunch spot, reaching for anything pink or striped, or logging miles toward my goal of running a marathon in all 50 states. And I’m always happy to swap stories over a chai latte — oat milk, please!

I’ve been called a monogram maniac and a pink enthusiast, but Realtor is still one of my favorite titles. Nothing makes me happier than getting to be part of the milestones that turn a house into so much more than an address.
